Globally, cases of depression and anxiety have been on the increase among adolescents. Depression interfere significantly students’ academic achievement in schools at all levels. It is more intensed mathematics learning, reason being that Mathematics as a school subject involves critical thinking, which essentially has to do with mind-(cognition). suffice say timely applications cognitive therapy interventions preventive measures could ameliorate incessant occurrence students. Therefore, this paper focuses applying for towards enhancing sustainable performance subject. The examines anxiety, depression, common causes types therapy, basis classroom treatment techniques, curriculum configuration repackaging others. observes immediate appropriate would go long way restore affected students before it degenerates complex condition. In paper, noted chronic impair optimal learning. therefore recommended teachers should be equipped interventions, techniques employed via alleviate or minimize effect performance.
